Requesting a Return/Refund
Returns can be initiated by contacting the Inventure Store by calling/texting us at (508) 446-6503.
Return Policy for All Major Appliances
- Upon delivery, all appliances need to be inspected for any damage. If there's damage, please refuse delivery immediately.
- For damages that are discovered after delivery, a return needs to be initiated within 36 hours.
- Returns due to any other reason need to be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- After 48 hours, please contact the manufacturer to go through their warranty program. In most cases, all appliances come with a 1-year standard manufacturer's warranty.
- If a return label is provided by Inventure Solutions, the item should be dropped off with the carrier within 3 days from the date of initiating the return.
- All items should be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and in original condition. Returns due to any condition other than damage will result in return shipping charges being deducted from the refund in addition to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- If the returned item is not in a condition to resell, no amount will be refunded.
Return/Refund Process Timing
After submitting your return request, you will have up to 3 days to ship out your return. If your return is not accepted, you will receive an e-mail with additional details.
After a return is delivered to our warehouse, it can take up to 10 business days for the warehouse to review the returned item and initiate a refund.
Refund Method and Timing
Once your refund request has been accepted and the returned item received and approved for refund, Inventure will return the funds to your original payment method. Banks may then take an additional 2-5 business days to process the initiated refund before it appears in your bank account.
